Privacy notice

This page explains what happens to the information you share when you request a seat.

What we collect

Only what you type into the application form: your name, work email, LinkedIn profile, role, company, and your answers about your AI responsibility and what you would like to work through.

How it is used

• To decide whether the current circle is relevant to your mandate, and to follow up with you.
• Your request is delivered by email to the facilitator. It is not sold, shared with other members, or used for advertising.

What this site does not do

• No advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
• Page visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports only anonymous, aggregate figures.
• Sessions are not recorded.

Your choices

You can ask for your request to be deleted at any time by emailing vic@hrai.institute.

Members sign a Participant Code of Conduct and Confidentiality Agreement. See Private by design for how the room works.
