Founding season · People and HR

You should not have to figure out AI transformation alone.

AI Transformation Rounds is a private 90-day advisory season for People and HR leaders carrying responsibility for AI.

Across six expert-led working sessions, you will examine live decisions, learn how comparable leaders are approaching the work, and leave with practical frameworks you can use inside your organization.

  • Six private sessions
  • 75 minutes each
  • 6–8 leaders
  • One closed circle
  • Virtual across the United States and Canada

Private by design. Sessions are not recorded.

The work is new

The expectations are real. The playbook is not.

AI responsibility is appearing inside People organizations faster than established operating models can form.

You are expected to find use cases, evaluate tools, set governance, and show progress while the role itself is still being defined. Your own organization can show you only its own experiments. The season gives you a broader field of view.

What members leave with

  • Clearer decisions

The assumptions, constraints, options, and tradeoffs behind a live AI-transformation decision, worked through with the circle.

  • Cross-company perspective

What leaders in comparable roles are testing, questioning, organizing, and discovering.

  • Practical frameworks

Useful distinctions, mental models, and approaches you can adapt inside your organization.

  • A durable record

Anonymized Field Notes after every session, preserving the most useful patterns and open questions.

How a session works

Structured enough to be useful. Flexible enough to follow what matters.

Each 75-minute session follows a repeatable structure while staying responsive to what is live in the room. No formal case or homework is required.

  1. Step 1: Room pulse

What changed? What decision are you carrying? What feels unclear?

  2. Step 2: Expert framing

A short framing from active AI-transformation work: a current pattern, practical framework, useful distinction, or point of view.

  3. Step 3: Working room

The circle examines one substantial situation, several shorter questions, or a practical tool or operating-model decision.

  4. Step 4: Pattern harvest

The discussion closes by identifying what appears transferable, what depends on context, and which tradeoffs remain.

  5. Step 5: Return to work

Members name what became clearer and what they will approach differently.

Some sessions go deep on one member situation; others run like expert office hours. Bringing a case is always optional.

The season

Six sessions across 90 days.

The same six to eight leaders meet approximately every two weeks, so trust and shared context build across the season.

One season, one calendar series

  1. Session 1
  2. Session 2
  3. Session 3
  4. Session 4
  5. Session 5
  6. Session 6

Conversation anchors may include

  • Defining the mandate What has the organization asked this role to change?
  • Choosing priorities Which use cases deserve attention, and which are experiments?
  • Tools and architecture When to buy, configure, build, or stop.
  • Governance and adoption Where human judgment stays, and what controls are required.
  • Roles and operating models How HR, IT, data, legal, and the business work together.
  • Demonstrating progress How to explain value and shape the next 90 days.

These are recurring conversation anchors, not a fixed curriculum. The most relevant live decisions in the room determine where each session goes.

  • You are looking for a large networking community.
  • Your main goal is to sell services to members.
  • You want someone else to own your decisions.

Field Notes

The learning accumulates.

After every session, members receive a concise, anonymized brief. Not a transcript: it never identifies members, companies, or confidential situations, and it keeps anyone who misses a session in step.

Field Notes Anonymized
Each brief captures:
  1. The questions examined
  2. Patterns observed across the conversation
  3. Frameworks and distinctions introduced
  4. Practical implications
  5. Resources approved for sharing
  6. Important open questions

Private by design

Learnings can travel. Identifying details cannot.

The Rounds Rule Take the lesson. Leave the name.

Every member signs a Participant Code of Conduct and Confidentiality Agreement. General lessons and frameworks may travel back into your organization. Names, companies, identifiable situations, and confidential metrics may not.

Cases can be anonymized. Sessions are not recorded. Members agree not to sell to one another inside the room.

Privacy depends on careful selection, clear rules, and shared professional responsibility.

Led by experience inside the work

Practical AI-transformation expertise grounded in the realities of People work.

AI Transformation Rounds is facilitated by Vic Akosile, an AI-transformation practitioner working at the intersection of People strategy, operations, analytics, and product thinking inside a global technology company.

His work focuses on the practical decisions required to move AI from interest into operation: identifying worthwhile opportunities, understanding workflows, evaluating what to build or buy, developing internal capability, and working through the organizational changes that follow.

That perspective shapes the room, but this is not a lecture series. Expert framing meets the live decisions every member brings.

What expert facilitation adds

  • Sharper questions
  • Diagnosis beneath the immediate issue
  • Practical frameworks and distinctions
  • Connections across conversations
  • A credible next move
